Bid opening will be conducted in person at the Office of Frick, Frick & Jette Architects, 19153 Town Center Drive, Suite 101, Apple Valley, CA 92308. All bids must be received at the referenced location no later than 10:00 A.M. No Exceptions.
Notice is hereby given that the Helendale School District will receive sealed bids up to, but no later than, the time fixed above for HSS Site Work and Building Bid No. 24/25-0015,

SCOPE / PURPOSE
Work of the Project includes site work for a new owner provided 48’x40’ new relocatable building
by Silver Creek Industries. Site work to include but not limited to grading, parking lot work, site
paving, fencing, signage, site wet utilities, site electrical & low voltage. of Riverview Middle
School located at 13943 Rivers Edge Road, Helendale CA 92342 and related site work.
