THE CITY OF COLTON PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the GONZALEZ CENTER located at 660 Colton Avenue, Colton CA 92324 at 10:00am on Wednesday, OCTOBER 30, 2024 at 10:00am. ** It is highly recommended that each bidder visit the job site before submitting questions.
QUESTION DEADLINE: November 4, 2024 by 12:00 noon. Must be in writing to Tony Soto tsoto@coltonca.gov
SCHEDULED BID DATE: NOVEMBER 7, 2024 by 3:00pm
SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of, but not limited to, the painting of all the interior and exterior surfaces of both buildings, including, but not limited to, walls, ceilings, cabinets, railings, door and window frames.
PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
MUST CREATE A PERSONAL LOG IN TO THIS PLAN ROOM TO VIEW /PURCHASE DOCUMENTS, DOWNLOAD A PLAN HOLDERS LIST AND RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.
