MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on NOVEMBER 19, 2024 at 9:00am at Sierra Education Center located at 9401 Painter Avenue Whittier, CA. Meet at the Flag Pole. Do not visit the site prior without permission from the project manager.
