RFQ F24/25-011 for Construction Management Services

Interested firms must download the Request for Qualifications No. F24/25-011 for Construction

Management Services by creating an account and logging on to www.dsusdplanroom.com or by calling

(909) 514-0704, or by emailing bid@aandirepro.com and requesting assistance to register and download the

Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) package on/or after March 11, 2025. Interested firms are solely

responsible for creating an account and downloading the RFQ from the plan room website listed above.

There is NO COST for obtaining a digital download of the RFQ from the website.

Respondents to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) MUST submit six (6) bound copies, one (1) unbound

copy, and one (1) electronic copy on flash drive of their Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) as a PDF labeled,

“Statement of Qualifications for [FIRM NAME] in Response to Desert Sands Unified School District’s RFQ

No. F24/25-011” as further described herein, to:

ALL RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M. ON MARCH 28, 2025. Any submittal received after that date and

time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If mail carrier service or US mail service is used to submit Respondents SOQ, It is the

responsibility of Respondents to ensure their SOQ is received by the FACILITIES SERVICES DEPARTMENT,

and is stamped in no later than the submission deadline date and time.

FAXED OR EMAILED RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Questions must be submitted in writing to Patrick Cisneros, Director, Facilities Services via email ONLY to

patrick.cisneros@desertsands.us, on or before March 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Answers will be sent to all firms

who downloaded a copy of the RFQ from the digital plan room ONLY. Answers will be sent by 4:00 p.m. on

March 21, 2025.

Any Addenda will ONLY be issued to those firms
