Scope: This project cosists of the DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL of the existing Administration and Classroom Buildings INCLUDING CLASSROOM PORTABLES. GRADING OF EXISTING FOOTPRINT AROUND PORTABLES TO BE DEMOLISHED. Added site work and CONCRETE installation at the site for access.

NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held on TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025 at 10:00am. Meet in the main parking lot at 83501 Dillon Ave, Indio, CA
